I take clients on a journey of fitness and wellbeing via a three stage process. First, I listen. Next I design a programme around your needs. Lastly I work with you to execute a plan that delivers your goals.

Crafting a training plan for someone is a very individual process and a “one-size-fits-all“ approach doesn’t work for most people. WHEN TO START?

I have over fifteen years' experience in the fitness industry and I see clients individually or in groups. My areas of expertise include Boxercise, body transformation programmes, Boot Camp instruction, postural assessment and correction, and sports-specific conditioning.
